Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting the order. Please ensure the product is correct, undamaged, and complete before making payment. Once the delivery agent leaves the location, complaints regarding missing items, wrong products, physical damage, or quantity issues may not be accepted. By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms satisfactory receipt of the order.
