Warranty coverage applies only to products explicitly marked with a warranty period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Customers must provide proof of purchase and contact NiroHaat support to claim warranty service.

NiroHaat aims to deliver orders within 3 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 7 days, and due to courier or logistics issues, up to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting the order. Please ensure the product is correct, undamaged, and complete before making payment. Once the delivery agent leaves the location, complaints regarding missing items, wrong products, physical damage, or quantity issues may not be accepted. By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms satisfactory receipt of the order.
