Warranty coverage applies only to products explicitly marked with a warranty period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Customers must provide proof of purchase and contact NiroHaat support to claim warranty service.

Customers may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or significantly different from the description. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, misuse, or damaged items caused by the customer. NiroHaat reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting the order. Please ensure the product is correct, undamaged, and complete before making payment. Once the delivery agent leaves the location, complaints regarding missing items, wrong products, physical damage, or quantity issues may not be accepted. By accepting the delivery, the customer confirms satisfactory receipt of the order.
